Gracie Barra New England offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lessons from head instructor Carlos Terrinha. Professor Terrinha holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is an active competitor in the sport today. We welcome anyone to come down to the academy to try a class risk free. No prior martial arts or wrestling experience is required. Whether you are interested in self defense, MMA, sport grappling, or general fitness, you will be satisfied with the level of instruction and atmosphere at Gracie Barra New England.
